(Photo by Perry Knotts/Getty Images) It’s officially the dead part of the NFL offseason. With the NFL Draft over, the main source of entertainment is the schedule release, which just happened. However, it’s never too early to start your research for 2025 fantasy football . You can either prep for your redraft league or draft best ball teams right now. Below, we’ll be looking at the three wide receivers you should be drafting based on ADP from Underdog Fantasy . 3 Wide Receivers To Draft In 2025 Fantasy Football 1. Tetairoa McMillan (CAR) ADP: WR22 Despite being a top pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, Tetairoa McMillan is still being valued extremely low on Underdog. McMillan was the first wide receiver taken in the draft and he was the 8th overall pick. In terms of dynasty production, McMillan was ranked as my number one player in the class over Ashton Jeanty. If you’ve been keeping up with my work, the talent speaks for itself. If not, you can find my full, in-depth breakdown here. The bottom line is that McMillan steps into a situation with an improving quarterback in Bryce Young, where he’s the WR1, is crucial for fantasy. Matching that kind of talent with a ton of opportunity makes for a great selection in your 2025 fantasy football drafts. 2. Jaylen Waddle (MIA) ADP: WR32 After a down year by Tyreek Hill, it seems like the fantasy community has soured on him heading into 2025. Hill went from 1,799 yards in 2023 to 959 yards in 2024, which has given him an ADP of WR15. Assuming Hill continues to decline at age 31, a 26 year old Jaylen Waddle should be set for a bounceback. Let’s not forget how talented Waddle is. As a rookie, Waddle had 104 receptions for 1,015 yards and six touchdowns. The main question is if Tua Tagovailoa can stay healthy. While that’s a risk, it’s typically a bad practice to try and predict something as random as an injury. Rather than banking on an injury, it’s a much better idea to trust the talent of Waddle and draft him at WR3 prices. Josh Downs (IND) ADP: WR51 It may shock you to learn that Josh Downs just had 13.1 PPG in his second year in the NFL. Yet he’s being ranked as the WR51 on Underdog. The concerns around Downs are much more warranted than Waddle. Despite being drafted 4th overall in 2023, Anthony Richardson has been disappointing. Richardson has yet to throw for more than 300 yards in his career and he’s only played in 15 games in his first two seasons due to injuries. That said, Downs is extremely talented, as he was a third round pick in that same 2023 draft. We’ve also seen Downs and Richardson produce together. During the 2024 season, Downs had 22.2 points in week eight , 19.4 in week 11 and 15.1 in week 16. This may not seem like a massive sample size, but keep in mind Richardson only played in 11 games last year. There’s risk with Downs, but you’re getting him at such a cheap price, the upside is absolutely worth it.
