Bitwise CEO: U.S. wealth management channel inflows hit an eight-year high amid market decline

Bitwise CEO Hunter Horsley stated at the Consensus 2026 conference: The market declined in the fourth quarter of last year, and the first quarter of this year also saw a drop. However, the inflow of funds from the U.S. wealth management channel reached the highest record for any quarter in the past eight years. In other words, for financial advisors in the wealth channel, the first quarter of this year was their best quarter for investing in these products. Therefore, when the market fell, they chose to buy the dip.
