Trump's Son Invests in Social Media Company Thumzup Holding Cryptocurrency Reserve
BlockBeats News, July 10th - Donald Trump Jr., son of former President Donald Trump, has purchased shares of a struggling social media company that is building a Bitcoin reserve, marking the latest investment by the Trump family in the "cryptocurrency as a treasury asset" strategy. Based in Los Angeles, Thumzup Media Inc. announced on Wednesday in a filing that Trump Jr. holds 350,000 shares of the company. Based on yesterday's closing price of $12.36 per share, these shares are worth over $4 million. According to a source close to Trump Jr., he purchased the company's stock on the advice of his investment advisor and has no other relationship with the company. (Jinse)
